you look really lovely, you must be so pleased with yourself. I had the band 12 months ago and I have followed you for that time. Our weights were the same to start and like you, I have lost 27kg as well. 27kg is a whole lot of weight, it has changed my life. You are an inspirational lady and very relateable. Love you blog, just read it from start to now - tonight. You crack me up - even through the tough you keep your sense of humour, and by the way you look fabulous. I'm seriously considering the band. Was wondering if you would mind answering a few questions?
1. Apart from the circle of people who know about your band, what do you tell people when they ask what you are doing to lose your weight?
2. Obviously major cost of surgery aside, how much are your sessions with Dr Fill?
3. How did you get your GP to refer you? Is it a case of walking in and saying this is what I want and they just write the letter?
4. Is there still foods you can't eat? I've read a few other places where they reckon they can eat what they want, they just have to chew chew chew!
Also, for anyone who suffers heartburn/indigestion... a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Works every time for me. No need for anything else... it burns like a bitch and is kind of hard the first time, but well worth it!

Hey Gorgeous, missing your blogging! Remember we made these blogs to record the good and bad honey and maybe it can all help with the healing process and help us move forward.
